Welcome
This AstralStack website is part archive, part notebook and part field journal. It’s a collection of work, observations and ongoing projects spanning frontier tech, from earlier technology shifts to today’s emerging world of Physical AI.
It’s also a window into how I think about positioning consequential technologies, building market credibility and turning innovation into something people can understand and value.
From market entry to market leadership
I specialize in helping companies within physical AI, wireless, semiconductor and data center spaces clarify their message(s), sharpen their positioning, and win go-to-market races that move faster than most playbooks were written for. I work with founders, engineers, and business leaders who are building categories that don’t exist yet and help them turn that innovation into a market story buyers, analysts, and press can’t ignore.
With more than two decades of experience across dozens of technology sectors, I bring a rare blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution: digital content creation, branding, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, stakeholder relations, PR, event management, and internal communications, always aimed at real competitive differentiation.
Whether you are a global enterprise entering a hot new segment or an early-stage startup defining one, I thrive where speed, clarity, and a sharper story create real separation from the pack.
The AstralStack Way
The strategy before the story
Frontier technology marketing doesn’t begin with a content calendar. It should begin by understanding what you’ve built, why it matters, what makes it difficult to replicate and what has changed in the market to make it so important now. The work that follows is about timing, context and judgment: knowing what to say, when to say it and where it can have the greatest effect.
Dig deeper. Get closer to the product, engineering and customer problem to recognize what truly matters.
Identify the technical advantages, proprietary evidence and market insights competitors can't easily address.
Turn advantage into positioning, proof, and high-authority content that prospects (and AI models) can discover and trust.
Building something that’s hard to explain?
If you’re entering a new market, defining a new category or trying to make a technical advantage matter to customers, let’s talk about where you are and where you want to go.
From technical advantage to disruption
Everyone wants to skip over step 2. It’s not always easy. Leadership comes from understanding what makes a new technology approach meaningfully different and translating that advantage into a position future customers can understand. If you see yourself as a disrupter, your market entry must be backed with credible evidence, and you may even need to manufacture that evidence. From there, the right content, relationships and market presence can equally contribute to building recognition and trust.
AI applications have now turned words into a commodity. What’s still scarce is original knowledge: proprietary technology, technical expertise, customer experience, benchmark data, field results and a point of view earned by actually doing the work. For frontier technology companies, those assets should become the foundation of your marketing programs. The opportunity isn’t simply to produce more content. It’s to turn what your company uniquely knows into information the market finds valuable.
I like to use this simple 3-tier PPA format for setting the stage. Let’s work together to turn technical advantage into clear positioning, credible evidence and the market authority needed to lead an emerging category.
1
Define your space before the status quo absorbs you.
Category strategy, competitive intelligence, messaging and positioning that establish where you belong and why you're different.
2
Give the market a reason to believe, with evidence.
Customer results, technical evidence, benchmarks, original research and proof points that turn claims into credible differentiation.
3
When the time is right, make your advantage visible.
Thought leadership, articles, PR, analyst relations, events and digital authority that put your expertise in front of the people (and systems) that influence your market.
Perhaps the most powerful protection that the small entrant firms enjoy as they build the emerging markets for disruptive technologies is that they are doing something that it simply does not make sense for the established leaders to do.

The next chapter is always being written
I’ve seen a lot of innovative technologies make the journey from whiteboard to market reality and had the opportunity to build awareness for some of them along the way.
What keeps me grinding is what’s next. Physical AI is bringing together many of the disciplines I’ve worked around for years: embedded systems, sensor fusion, computer vision, video, wireless and optical connectivity, warehouse automation, Industry 4.0 manufacturing, semiconductors and edge computing. They are being synthesized into a new deep-tech landscape with potentially enormous implications for industry and the nature of work.
This convergence feels both familiar and entirely new. And I’m excited to see where it takes us. Stay tuned.
